The team Budwig (Neuchâtel) takes pleasure in inviting you to the sixth edition of the Flying Dahu 2012! This is an indoor tournament of Ultimate Frisbee, which will take place on 7th and 8th January 2012 in Morgins, in the “Alpes Valaisannes” (Portes du Soleil – Switzerland)

Game formula

5 games of 30 minutes to be played in the “Salle Omnisports de Morgins”, an indoor playing area of 30 x 20 square meters;
72 fully loaded players!

What we offer

Budwig invites you to sleep in the sport hall the whole week-end, lulled by the whistle of the marmots and the vibrant groan of the Dahu! Don’t forget a mattress to sleep on the ground.

You will also have the opportunity to taste a delicious “raclette valsaisanne”, participate in games for dummies and celebrate in a traditional mountain way.

On Sunday morning, a healthy and energizing breakfast will be waiting for you and you will be able to taste the delightful “Dr Kousmine’s crème Budwig”.

Throughout the tournament, drinks and food will be available at the “buvette”.

Registration and payments

Fill in the form until the 1st November 2011 to participate in your first tournament of the year! After this date, the list of registered players will be available on our website. Registered players will then have until 20 November 2011 to pay their player fee and confirm their registration. In case of non-payment, their spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.

Nota Bene: following many comments, the organizing committee would like to emphasize that the criteria for the selection of players are neither any waist or chest size, nor some ability to raise the elbow (as we say in French), but only the perimeter of the lobe of the right ear squared and divided by the surface of all the nails of each person selected.

How to reach Morgins, in the “Portes du Soleil” region

By car

From Lausanne and Geneva or from Martigny and the “Grand Saint-Bernard”
Exit 18 « Saint Triphon/ Monthey Nord/ Pas-de-Morgins », then follow the indications Portes du soleil and Morgins.

By train

International trains to Aigle, then Aigle – Morgins with the train AOMC to Troistorrents, and then the postal bus to Morgins (stop at “Garage communal”).

To get to the “Salle Omnisports de la Jeur”

Once in Morgins, go by the front of the church, follow the main road going up to Châtel France (for approximately 150 m.), bear right just before a parking lot and, after another 150 m., you will reach the “Salle de la Jeur”.
